Keep your coats intact and preserve their drape with these high-quality, space-saving hangers, designed in collaboration with Martha Stewart. The hangers are crafted from premium lotus wood, which offers a nonslip grip and leaves clothes looking their best.

Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Our standard shipping fees for U.S. delivery and select product offering for Canada are as follows:

Easy Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note items must also be returned in the original packaging, otherwise we won’t be able to process your return. Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We’ll apply a shipping fee equal to 10% of the full retail value on accepted returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.

*Returns only applicable to purchases made from californiaclosets.com within the contiguous US states. We do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not accept International returns from any country including Canada, Mexico & the Dominican Republic.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you decide the item is not a perfect fit, follow the steps outlined below to make a return.

Note: All purchases made directly through our website must be processed through the website; our showrooms are not able to process returns.

Step 1: Call 866.215.7730 or email us at customer.service@calclosets.com. Please have the following information ready:

Reason for Return

Step 2: Our Customer Service Team will process your request and send you a return shipping label(s). You should expect to hear back from us within 1 business day.

Step 3: Safely package the product(s) in the original packaging and drop it with the appropriate carrier (FedEx or UPS, depending on your return label). You will be responsible for getting the return product to the carrier.

Step 4: Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s). Provided item(s) are in good condition, we will issue your refund in the original form of payment. We’ll apply a shipping fee equal to 10% of the full retail value on accepted returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.

How to Replace or Refund a Damaged or Defective Item

Our top priority is making your experience as smooth and seamless as possible. If the item you ordered has any issue whatsoever, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item at 866.215.7730 or email us at customer.service@calclosets.com. Be sure to have the following information:

Upon receiving notification of a claim, our Customer Service Team will follow up with you within 2 business days to make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Are Exchanges Accepted?

While we cannot facilitate exchanges, customers may return a product and purchase a different one.
